We had another Super Event. Everyone
had plenty of air time. We had clear sky all days. A little wind on Saturday
affected only the light planes. We logged 130 Flights on Saturday. Dawn Patrol
did their thing at 05:25 Friday and Saturday, but slept in till 0545 on Sunday.
Art Shelton was first here on Monday evening. On Thursday the rest of
Indiana Dawn Patrol Gang arrived. Number of pilots each day – 15 on Thursday, 28
on Friday, 52 on Saturday, and 23 on Sunday.
Thanks so much for all the Pilots that came. A big event happens when you go.
Those who stayed home to attend your event that had been rained out earlier this
year. Oops !! You missed out on a really good show..
Thanks also to all my Club Members that helped with all the work things… You did
a Super Job……
